What customers say?

“ Had a wonderful dinner for my mother-in-law's birthday. We were treated with care and served excellent food. Highly recommend the scallops starter & the seabass / monkfish mains. The crab taco starter was also tasty, only minuscule... Lovely ambience, with soft lights and lots of plants. Clean bathrooms. I want to return soon. ”

“ Highly recommended for any occasion. Flavours working perfectly together, cheesecake was to die for. Having three course lunch menu, we felt satisfied with portions, there was no feeling of heaviness. Delicious food, kindest and efficient staff. I definitely will be back. ”

“ I chose this cute restaurant for the Mothers Day lunch, hoping to treat my family with tasty food. And the place didn't disappoint! I loved the unique atmosphere inside: the interior is inviting, the windows that are facing the harbour let the natural light in and and the unique old beams that were kept visible add to the style of the room creating a charming space. Food: super tasty, fresh, made of good quality products. The presentation on the plate is excellent. I was super excited to eat and to savour reach textures and various sauces. My children were impressed with food, which rarely happens. The price is decent for the quality that you get. I would definitely recommend this place! Ps: The only thing I would suggest is to make the interior of the toilets more interesting. ”

“ I loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. Old brick walls and big windows.. gorgeous! However, I was a bit disappointed with some of the dishes. Oysters were fresh and nice but the octopus was over cooked and burnt. I couldn’t really enjoy the food as most of the dish had burnt taste to it. The sauce was nice for monk fish dish but the cod was very bland. Couldn’t really taste anything. But the cauliflower on the side was very tasty and well seasoned. The waiter was very friendly and nice. We had great chat with him. We were told that the whole menu will be changed soon so we would like to come back again to try. ”

“ Had a wonderful meal here at The Harbour Kitchen. This is such a fabulous cozy restaurant just upstairs over The Beach House directly across from Greystones Harbour Marina. A set menu at 62 Euros for three course was incredible value. We were a sitting of eight people and the unanimous opinion was that each dish was fab. I ordered Scallops a an appetizer, monk fish for main and sticky coffee pudding for desert. Service and decor were exceptional too!! This is a restaurant I will definitely frequent more often! ”

“ We had dinner there there night BEFORE the Irish Times review and it was spectacular. The owner seated our group of 4 in a corner window. We started with a mind bending Guinness whose creamy top challenged the best pints. The mussels as a starter were fabulous. I had the cod. My wife had the halibut. Our friends had the mussels and chips main course. Such a huge pot of mussels cooked in a wine Parmesan sauce. The owner checked on us from time to time and we enjoyed our conversation with him. ”

“ A hidden gem in Co. Wicklow specialising in seafood. The seafood is fresh and the dishes are well-balanced. We also liked the spacious dining room with sea view and wooden beams. The service was friendly and pro, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here before departing Ireland. ”
